Christmas log cake

This year, Chef Aymeric Pinard celebrates the queen of nuts with a royal Yule log shaped like a chocolate Christmas tree, subtly adorned with gold.

It reveals a delicious journey around the hazelnut, expressed through addictive textures: Savoie sponge cake infused with roasted hazelnut oil, airy hazelnut mousse, crispy streusel, melting dulce de leche, and intense hazelnut cream.

At its heart, the ultimate surprise: a 45% Trinitario milk chocolate bar with crunchy hazelnuts and flowing hazelnut caramel.
