Shipping policy
Article I: Contribution to Shipping and Handling Costs
Your orders are delivered by La Poste, both in France and internationally. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of the ordered items, in accordance with the pricing grid current at the time of purchase.
For deliveries to the United States and the United Kingdom, customs duties or taxes may apply. These remain the responsibility of the customer and will be collected upon delivery.
Article II: Payment Terms
Products are billed at the rates in effect at the time the order is placed, as displayed on our website.
We accept payments via Credit Card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and American Express.
Article III: Processing and Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed by our Logistics Service, it is generally delivered within 7 to 10 business days. This timeframe may vary depending on the availability of items, the destination country, and postal delivery times. In unforeseen circumstances, this timeframe may be extended.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, delivery must occur no later than 30 days after order confirmation. If this deadline is exceeded, the customer may request the cancellation of their order via registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt and receive a refund through the payment method used or a credit note, depending on their preference.
The Airelles Boutique cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as postal disruptions. Delivery times are indicative and not contractual.
Once the order is delivered (handed over to the customer), all risks related to the products are transferred to the customer.
