Not satisfied with your order or changed your mind? Whatever the reason, you may return your products under certain conditions.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns or exchanges are accepted within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the products, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. A refund or exchange will be issued at the buyer's request.
If a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase. Shipping fees will be reimbursed based on the initial rate charged.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
(i) Nightshirts, slippers, and bathrobes cannot be returned if they have been used or washed.
(ii) Fresh and perishable items cannot be returned for food safety reasons, in compliance with current regulations.
(iii) Products unsealed by the customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons will not be accepted.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item, you must first provide proof of payment for the return label. We recommend sending your return via tracked and insured mail. Please include a copy of your invoice as well as a note with your full contact details, including a phone number where we can reach you, and your return instructions.

REFUND TIMEFRAME
Refunds will be processed by the Airelles Boutique within a maximum of ten (10) days from the receipt of returned products. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, provided you have shared your bank details (IBAN and BIC).
Please note that any withdrawal made outside the 14-day period will not be considered, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
In the event of depreciation of the products due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and characteristics, the customer may be held responsible. The refund amount will then be adjusted based on the depreciation of the products.
