Article I. Contribution to the cost of postage and handling : 

SHIPPING IN FRANCE 

The flat-rate contribution varies according to the method of sending you choose: 

- Chronopost : the participation is 28,00€ for all physical products. 

- La Poste : free delivery for gift boxes. 

Delivery abroad is available on request, the rate varies according to the destination. 

 Article II. Terms of payment : 

The products are supplied at the current rates shown on the site at the time of order registration.

We accept payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, Diners Club, Cofinoga, Aurore or American Express).

Article III. Processing time of your order and its delivery: 

FOR ALL SHIPMENTS IN FRANCE 

 After delivery by our Logistics Department, your order is delivered in : 

- 7 days 

These times are for working days, excluding postal delivery problems and according to product availability.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, delivery will take place within thirty days after the validation of the order at the latest. Failing this, the consumer may automatically request the cancellation of his order, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, and obtain reimbursement by any means of payment, or have, if he formally wishes, the following options

The Airelles shop is not responsible for delivery times that are sometimes irregular or longer than expected. The delivery times indicated are those usually observed. These indications are given as an indication and have no contractual form.

At the time of delivery of your order (i.e. when you hand over the order), the risks incurred by the products received are transferred to you.
