Le Grand Contrôle’s unique location within the grounds of the Château de Versailles is an endless source of inspiration, and this year’s Bûche de Noël or Yule Log is no exception. A meticulous reproduction of the Château itself, Chef Aymeric Pinard’s Yule Log is so beautiful, you may hesitate to cut into it!

Beneath this royal exterior lies a delicate composition of flavours: a chestnut honey biscuit, wrapped in a honey mousse infused with beeswax, a citrus heart for a touch of freshness, pollen biscuit, and a propolis cream.
