Harvest: Early November to late December. Pressed in our own mill.
Storage: In stainless steel vats, nitrogen cap, temperature-controlled room.
It develops aromas of a hint of asparagus, sweet tomato leaf and green apple. It is best served with steamed vegetables or a tomato salad, or with fish fillets before serving.
