In the mouth, the blend has a beautiful intensity, it is a balanced olive oil. One perceives touches of freshly cut grass with a slightly fiery finish. It is the result of a good balance between the different varieties: Béruguette, Bouteillan, Grossane, Salonenque and Picholine. Served on green vegetables, in salad or on grilled white meat, it will sublimate your dishes.
