Early November to late December. Pressed in our mill.
Storage: In stainless steel tanks, with nitrogen seal, in a temperature-controlled room.
On the palate, the blend is well-balanced with a beautiful intensity. Notes of freshly cut grass are perceived, with a slightly fiery finish.
There is a harmonious balance between the different varieties: Béruguette, Bouteillan, Grossane, Salonenque, and Picholine. Ideal for green vegetables, salads, or grilled white meats.
